Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Foreman to lead electrical crews on lighting retrofit and EV charging installation projects across Lower Mainland. This role is ideal for a certified Red Seal or Journeyman Electrician with proven leadership experience in Canadian electrical construction environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead electrical crews on job sites across Lower Mainland.
  • Oversee installation of lighting retrofits, EV charging stations, and electrical maintenance work.
  • Interpret electrical drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with Canadian Electrical Code and BC regulations.
  • Manage project timelines, materials, and labor resources.
  • Conduct safety briefings and ensure compliance with WorkSafeBC and Technical Safety BC standards.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and crew activities.

Qualifications

  • Red Seal Certification or Journeyman Electrician designation.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience supervising electrical crews in Canada.
  • Experience in lighting retrofit, EV charging installations, or electrical maintenance (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of BC work and safety regulations.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License and ability to travel to various job sites.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
