Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bike Sales Associate and Technician based in Calgary, AB. The individual will be responsible for supporting customers with their bike purchasing decisions, providing product knowledge, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additionally, the role involves performing maintenance and repair services on customers' bikes, assembling new bikes, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and maintaining the shop's inventory of parts and accessories. The person must be comfortable working in a dynamic retail environment and possess a strong interest in the cycling industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
