Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance and mechanical knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various types of STAMPING PRESSES and equipment. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes, and the Millwright will work closely with other maintenance personnel to maintain high standards of safety and efficiency.

Duties

  • Install, maintain, and repair STAMPING PRESSES and equipment in a manufacturing environment.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs on production equipment.
  • Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for equipment diagnostics and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Collaborate with industrial electricians to address electrical issues related to machinery.
  • Perform welding tasks as needed for repairs or installations.
  • Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
  • Work on HVAC systems, boilers, and other facility-related equipment as required.
  • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to understand machine operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating with team members and management regarding maintenance needs.

Experience

  • Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is highly desirable.
  • Background in electrical work or industrial electrician experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of ALL SORTS OF PRESSES .
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to analyze problems effectively.
  • Experience working within manufacturing environments is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English is required for effective communication within the team.

Pay: $27.60-$45.35 per hour
