Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Janitorial Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across two residential apartment facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning and custodial services, ensuring a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for residents and staff. Duties

  • Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal in tenant-common areas
  • Maintain restrooms and common areas to meet cleanliness standards
  • Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a secure work environment
  • Restock supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
  • Ensure all cleaning procedures comply with health and safety regulations

Experience

  • Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred, especially in residential apartment settings
  • Knowledge of floor care techniques
  • Familiarity with industrial cleaning supplies
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
