Role Description

The Cage Manager will oversee the operations of the Cage Department to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to company policies and procedures. Responsibilities include managing cash flow, supervising the cage team, implementing security measures, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves monitoring staff performance, training and supporting team members, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Montreal, QC.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in cash handling, financial management, and reconciliation processes
  • Strong leadership, team management, and supervisory skills
  • Knowledge of gaming and cage operations regulations and compliance standards
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Customer service expertise and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is an asset
  • Experience in gaming or hospitality industries is an advantage
