Role Description

This is a full-time Independent Contractor opportunity based in the Greater Edmonton Metropolitan Area. As a Junior Associate in the mentorship program you will have access to a senior broker and their team for all transactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders
  • Commercial Real Estate License
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative abilities, including managing transaction documentation
  • Familiarity with real estate marketing tools and strategies is an asset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and real estate software is advantageous
  • Relevant education or experience in real estate.
  • A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation is required
