Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Roofer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and carpentry, with the ability to work effectively with hand tools and perform heavy lifting. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on residential ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Install roofing systems using various materials such as shingles, metal, and tiles.
  • Repair and replace damaged roofs, ensuring proper sealing and waterproofing.
  • Perform caulking and sealing to prevent leaks and ensure the integrity of roofing systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
  • Conduct regular inspections of roofs to identify potential issues or maintenance needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in roofing or related construction fields.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Strong carpentry skills with a good understanding of building materials.
  • Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the workday.
