Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team as a floater between our locations.. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare and early childhood education, with the ability to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role requires effective communication skills, organizational abilities, and a commitment to fostering the development of each child.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of children.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment for all students.
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to promote positive relationships.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
  • Encourage social interaction and teamwork among students through group activities.
  • Maintain organized records of children's development and classroom activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience for all students.
  • Adapt teaching methods to accommodate children with diverse learning needs, including those with disabilities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting.
  • Transportation between locations as the position is not for one specific location.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to balance multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with children and adults alike.
  • A genuine passion for early childhood education and child development.
  • Relevant certifications or degrees in Early Childhood Education or related fields are required.
