Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Greeter / Security personal to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a positive experience from the moment they arrive. The Greeter will play a vital role in maintaining safety and security while assisting guests with inquiries and directing them appropriately. The ideal candidate will embody professionalism and possess strong communication skills, contributing to our commitment to exceptional service. On top of this, the canadiate will serve as a security personal to help deter theft.

Duties

  • Welcome visitors with a friendly demeanor.
  • Monitor entry points to ensure safety and security protocols are followed.
  • Assist in conflict management by addressing visitor concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Provide information about products when needed.
  • Collaborate with Robson Street security personnel to report any suspicious activities or incidents.
  • Support loss prevention efforts by monitoring guest interactions and behaviors.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service or security role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with law enforcement protocols and practices is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of conflict management techniques and strategies.

Pay: $19.00-$20.50 per hour
