Leveraging industry leading data intelligence tools, we design, build and support solutions for clients across various industries, from oil and gas to manufacturing. In addition to providing integrated reporting solutions, our tools empower clients with actionable information, allowing them to perform analysis across the entire spectrum of their business. Our solutions take the guess work out of corporate planning. In short, we make our clients' lives easier and ensure they spend less time gathering data and more time analyzing it.

Job Description:

Currently, we are looking to hire a new team member in the position of Data Analytics Developer.

The primary responsibilities will be to design and develop business intelligence solutions. The position requires a broad level understanding of BI technology and business perspective with a willingness to step into multiple roles.

The Data Analytics Developer role is primarily focused on developing business intelligence solutions leveraging the Microsoft technology platforms (PowerBI, SQL Server, DAX, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, and Excel).

Job Requirements:


• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related area.


• Programming skills and comfort in learning new programming languages.


• Database design.


• Strong analytical skills and an ability to present and communicate data, trends, insights, and recommendations.


• Enthusiastic individual who is committed to building client relationships and cementing those relationships by providing the best customer service possible.


• Eager for the opportunity to exercise existing skills and acquire new ones, with a true passion for learning.


• Self-motivated to reach goals, with the ability to balance both collaborative and individual work projects.

Preferred Skill/Experience:


• Energy industry experience.


• Experience working with business intelligence concepts and systems such as data modeling, data warehousing, report development.


• Experience developing and/or managing the implementation of Business Intelligence solutions using Microsoft BI Stack (SQL Server, Azure, SSAS, SSIS, SSRS), CDS, and Microsoft Excel.


• Programming languages like DAX, MDX, R, Python, M, PowerQuery.


• Experience with PowerPlatform (PowerBI, PowerApps, Flow).


• Experience with Data Visualization tools (Tableau, Spotfire) a plus.


• Experience with Databricks a plus.


• Experience with Google or AWS platforms is a plus.


• Experience with applications such as Redshift, Glue, Synapse, Streamlit is a plus.
