Job Overview
Scottsdale Medical Center is a well-established clinic located in one of BC's fastest-growing cities. We are currently seeking a part-time or full-time Family Physician / Walk-In Physician to join our team. Shifts are flexible between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM, with the option to work five or seven days per week.
Our clinic has a strong and stable patient base, with over 1,500 active patients from a diverse community.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments for all age groups, including pediatrics and adults.
- Perform examinations, procedures, and medication administration within your scope of practice.
- Document patient encounters accurately using our EMR system.
- Review patient histories, interpret clinical data, and create appropriate treatment plans.
- Educate patients on disease prevention, medication management, and healthy lifestyle practices.
- Collaborate with clinic staff to support smooth, patient-focused operations.
Experience and Qualification
- Full registration or provisional licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC (CPSBC)
- Good standing with respective licensing bodies
- Family Practice or equivalent experience preferred
- Comfortable working with electronic medical records (EMR).
Compensation
- Compensation Type: Fee-for-Service
- Estimated Annual Remuneration: $400,000 – $500,000 (depending on workload and schedule)
- Billing Split: Negotiable
- Relocation Funding: Available
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $423,449.94-$500,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
