What you'll do
- Greet clients and visitors warmly at the front desk, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain up-to-date records in BrokerBay
- Assist in calendar management by scheduling appointments
- Handle and organization of documents to ensure easy access for team members.
- Preparation of Real Estate Contracts
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office management processes and improve efficiency.
Experience
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a real estate Brokerage
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with BrokerBay and Web Forms
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Prior experience in customer service or clerical positions demonstrating strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Typing proficiency and proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all communications.
- Time management skills that allow you to prioritize effectively
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
Work Location: In person
