Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in e-commerce, SEO, and digital advertising, with proficiency in various design and analytics tools. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop innovative marketing strategies, optimize online presence, and contribute to the growth of our brand across multiple platforms. The Specialist will be instrumental in executing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and enhancing user engagement through creative content and targeted advertising.

Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across channels including Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
  • Manage and update content on WordPress websites, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices.
  • Design compelling graphics and visual content using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for various marketing materials.
  • Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google AdWords to inform future strategies.
  • Optimize website code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL to enhance user experience and site functionality.
  • Monitor ad campaigns' performance, adjusting targeting and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, including new tools and emerging platforms.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in e-commerce, SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, and email marketing.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and keyword research techniques.
  • Knowledge of graphic design principles with an eye for aesthetic detail.
  • Familiarity with Google AdWords and Google Analytics for campaign management and data analysis.
  • Ability to develop innovative digital marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Prior experience in digital marketing or related fields is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for learning is essential.
