About the Opportunity

We are creating a new role within the Marketing Team and are looking for a talented and strategic Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Expert to join our team in Toronto. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role will design, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies that drive high-quality leads and nurture leads and streamline the demand funnel increase demand for our suite of software solutions. You will blend creativity, data-driven decision-making, and technical acumen to grow Rocscience's presence in the global geotechnical, civil, and mining communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (across email, SEO/SEM, social media, PPC, and content marketing) to elevate lead generation and brand visibility.
  • Plan and refine lead generation funnels—from initial awareness through to qualified conversion—delivering warm leads to the sales team.
  • Strategise compelling technical content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, webinars) tailored to engineering and mining audiences.
  • Manage and analyze digital campaigns using Google Analytics, Pardot, or similar platforms to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Leverage marketing automation and CRM tools (Salesforce, Pardot, etc.) for lead nurturing, audience segmentation, and outreach personalization.
  • Align marketing and sales efforts through close collaboration, ensuring seamless lead hand-off and ongoing communication.
  • Monitor and report regularly on campaign performance, lead quality, and pipeline metrics, sharing actionable insights with leadership.
  • Stay on top of digital marketing trends, innovations, and SEO best practices to keep Rocscience ahead of the competition.
  • Represent Rocscience at industry events (virtual & in-person) to promote the brand and cultivate new leads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, writers, subject-matter experts) for unified, impactful campaigns.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation in SaaS, technology, or technical industries.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising (LinkedIn, Meta).
  • Demonstrable skill in building lead nurturing workflows, A/B testing, and campaign-level analytics using Google Analytics (UA/GA4) or similar.
  • Proficiency with marketing tech stacks (e.g., Google Analytics, Pardot, Salesforce) and data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create technical content for engineering audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Ability to travel occasionally within the USCAN region for industry events or team collaboration.
  • Familiarity with geotechnical engineering, civil engineering, or mining industries is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing technical software or solutions to engineers, consultants, or government agencies.
  • Established network in the geotechnical, mining, or civil engineering sectors.
