Great Teams Start with TM8.
We're currently partnering with a high-growth SaaS company that's redefining how large, highly regulated organizations manage their data. With a global customer base that includes major financial institutions, government agencies, and Fortune 500 companies, this team is building world-class software—and they're hiring a Senior Technical Support Engineer to strengthen the post-sales experience.
This isn't your average support gig. You'll be the frontline for complex technical and business-related challenges, working closely with clients and internal engineering/product teams to resolve issues, improve documentation, and drive continuous improvement. You'll also provide onboarding support and help mentor junior team members.
This is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving at a deeper level, and knows how to turn customer challenges into long-term wins.
What You'll Be Doing:Own escalated issues and drive them to resolution—fast.
Troubleshoot complex software and integration problems.
Collaborate with engineering to perform root cause analysis and prevent future issues.
Provide onboarding support and guidance to customers.
Contribute to internal process improvement and knowledge sharing.
Maintain deep expertise in specific areas of the platform.
Deliver high-touch support that strengthens client relationships.
4+ years in a technical support or similar role (ideally SaaS or enterprise software).
Strong grasp of cloud-based technologies, APIs, networking, and security.
Comfort with Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and file-sharing apps (Google Drive, Box, Dropbox).
Experience with automation (PowerShell, Python), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and PowerAutomate.
Understanding of software architecture; ability to read/debug code a strong plus.
Calm under pressure with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A curious mindset and a customer-first mentality.
Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Certifications in Azure or other relevant technologies.
Prior exposure to regulated industries (finance, utilities, government, etc.).

Employee Share Options (ESOP)
4 weeks' annual vacation
Flexible hybrid or remote setup
Personal development budget
True work-life balance
Global team, mission-driven product
