We're looking for a confident, design-savvy, and customer-focused person to join Tabrizi Rugs, a Canadian rug company proudly family-owned since 1988. You'll help customers choose the perfect rug for their space, whether it's in our showroom, at exhibitions, or through online inquiries. This is not your typical retail job, it's about storytelling, luxury, and helping people fall in love with art for their floors.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers in the showroom or at exhibitions
  • Understand clients' needs and guide them to the right rug
  • Build relationships and follow up with potential buyers
  • Process sales (in person and online)
  • Maintain showroom presentation and product knowledge
  • Occasionally assist in offsite shows and events

  • Strong communicator and closer
  • Motivated by commission and client satisfaction
  • Comfortable working weekends or events if needed

Requirements:

  • Sales background
  • High school diploma
  • Hands-on and able to lift
