Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for staff and visitors. This role involves performing routine cleaning tasks, supporting facilities maintenance, and contributing to the overall upkeep of the premises. Prior experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals eager to learn. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on quality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, common areas, and other designated spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness of floors, carpets, windows, and surfaces to meet health and safety standards
  • Support facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or reporting larger issues to management
  • Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and according to schedule
  • Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment
  • Restock supplies as needed to ensure availability for ongoing cleaning activities
  • Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Prior experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift
  • Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow safety guidelines at all times
