Responsibilities

  • Operate tractor-trailer units as a team to transport freight across Edmontonand Surrey.
  • Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise during transit.
  • Uphold all safety protocols and maintain professional conduct on and off the road.

Qualifications

  • Valid Class 1 (AZ) driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum 6 months of verified experience required.
  • Ability to cross the U.S. border an asset.
  • Willingness to be on the road for extended periods.
  • Preference given to those with experience in all-season, mountain driving
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
  • Strong Understanding of transportation safety regulations and compliance standards.
