Lemonade Lab is a business-building platform for kids — think Shopify meets Duolingo. We teach entrepreneurship by helping kids create real online businesses in a fun, gamified environment.

Our core functionality is built. Now we're looking for a talented Front-End Intern who loves polish, flow, and detail — someone who wants to help make the product feel as good as it works.

What You'll Do

  • Work directly inside our React + Tailwind codebase hosted on Vercel.
  • Fix layout, spacing, color, and responsiveness issues across pages.
  • Update UI elements, buttons, copy, and small animations.
  • Test and refine user flows for onboarding, dashboards, and interactions.
  • Implement design and code updates provided through AI-generated components and Figma mockups.
  • Collaborate with the founder and lead developer to make everything smooth and consistent.

Who You Are

  • A student or recent grad in computer science, interactive media, or a related program.
  • Comfortable coding with React, Tailwind, and Git.
  • Care about how things look and feel — you notice when a button's off-center.
  • Able to work independently, take feedback, and move fast.
  • Excited by startups, creativity, and real-world experience that actually ships.

What You'll Gain

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Casual, Freelance, Internship / Co-op

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

  • Secondary School (preferred)

  • React: 2 years (preferred)
  • Supabase: 1 year (preferred)
  • CSS: 2 years (preferred)
