Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and components using various welding techniques. Responsibilities

  • Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
  • Operate welding equipment to join metal parts together using various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, or Stick welding.
  • Assemble components and structures according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality in every weld.
  • Utilize power tools and machinery, including calipers and cranes, to assist in the fabrication process.
  • Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct inspections of completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively while adhering to safety protocols.

Skills

  • Proficient in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick) with a strong understanding of rigging principles.
  • Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions accurately.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings effectively.
  • Experience in machining processes is a plus for enhancing fabrication capabilities.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with experience using power tools safely and effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to build complex assemblies accurately.
