We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pasta Maker and Pasta Cook to join our culinary team. Responsibilities

  • Prepare fresh pasta dough using traditional techniques and high-quality ingredients.
  • Roll, cut, and shape pasta into various forms, ensuring consistency in size and texture.
  • Collaborate with chefs to create innovative pasta dishes that align with our menu offerings.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pasta-making area, adhering to food safety standards.
  • Assist in meal preparation and cooking as needed, supporting the kitchen team during busy service times.
  • Ensure proper food handling practices are followed to maintain quality and safety throughout the production process.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to food service and kitchen operations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is required.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in food handling.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
  • Passion for the culinary arts, particularly in pasta making and Italian cuisine.
