We are a well-established PRIVATELY-OWNED dental practice located in the heart of Hamilton. We have been committed to serving our community and surrounding area for over 50 years, with our devoted team of dental professionals who are committed to providing exceptional dental care in a warm and welcoming environment.
The individual who best suites this role will be a key contributor to our success, and will play a crucial role in our administrative department, while ensuring a seamless experience for our patients. This position involves managing the day to day schedule while booking patient appointments, providing follow-up calls, submitting insurance claims and estimates, appointment confirming, and financial transactions, just to name a few duties required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of treatment planning and presenting, would be an asset.
Schedule: This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with no weekends and a 4 day work week every other week Must be available to work Tuesday and/or Wednesday evenings.
Compensation: Starting wage of $25.00, however wage will commensurate with experience which can be discussed in more detail during the interview process.
Skills: A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a dental office as a Dental Administrator, Treatment Coordinator or Hygiene Coordinator is a must. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience with TRACKER is also a bonus.
