About the Role

As our Content Creator/ Producer Lead, you will own the storytelling engine that powers Play3's public narrative.

You will turn the real process of building a frontier AI company into content that educates, inspires, and connects, transforming raw ideas and founder moments into high performing Reels, frameworks, and stories.

This role blends creative direction, storytelling, and operational rhythm. You will sit in the middle of strategy, culture, and execution, helping make complex ideas about AI, marketing, and community accessible to the world.

What You Will Do

Storytelling and Strategy

• Lead short form content strategy for our channels (Reels, Carousels, Stories)

• Turn founder notes, Looms, and voice memos into engaging content

• Write hooks, captions, and overlays that bring clarity and energy to our mission

• Track cultural and creator trends to keep our message fresh

Production and Coordination

• Manage the content pipeline (idea → shoot → edit → post → analyze)

• Repurpose content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts

Growth and Insights

• Track performance and refine based on engagement data

• Test new content formats, storytelling structures, and messaging

• Build a repeatable system for high impact storytelling that scales
