Objective
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Solutions Architect – B2X Strategy to support Joseph Ribkoff in their digital transformation journey. This strategic role bridges business needs and technological solutions, ensuring alignment between digital initiatives and organizational priorities. The Digital Solutions Architect – B2X Strategy acts as a change agent, supporting stakeholders in defining business needs, modeling processes and capabilities, and planning high-impact, integrated solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing solutions that drive innovation and enhance operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to architect, design, integrate and develop digital systems, solutions, processes, and tools that integrate with existing infrastructure and meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design and implement solutions that align with business objectives, scalability requirements, and industry best practices.
• Knowledge of Commerce interactions and integrations (across domains/capabilities such as Service, OMS, ERP/Fulfillment, Fraud, Payment, Tax, Loyalty, Subscriptions etc.)
• Lead the integration of new digital technologies into existing infrastructure.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the different IT teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and performance optimization techniques.
• Define, model, and recommend the business capabilities required for digital transformation (e.g., portals, customer experience, payment services, omnichannel operations).
• Ability to recommend best practice for designing the Commerce solution including steps to take for optimized performance
• Ability to lead diverse teams in delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
• Ensure that digital systems and solutions are scalable, secure, and easy to integrate with other systems.
• Stay updated with the latest digital trends, technologies, and industry standards.
• Provide technical support and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Create and maintain architectural documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail and/or distribution
• Strong experience in commerce architecture, focusing on different commerce models (such as B2B, B2C and Omnichannel) and the backend technology
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital transformation or a related field.
• Experience in implementing digital transformation for B2C and/or B2B initiatives and utilizing emerging technologies
• Familiarity with various digital engineering tools and platforms (e.g., Cloud platforms, Shopify Plus, Optimizely).
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.) and integration with enterprise systems.
• Familiar with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data analytics tools.
• Familiarity with querying, transforming, manipulating and optimizing data and its architecture
