You have superior Sabre skills. You pride yourself on being an agent "Extraordinaire". Using your excellent communication and organization skills you issue domestic, international flight tickets, book and coordinate land options.

  • Strong Sabre skills
  • Knowledge of Concur, Etta and Certify is an asset
  • TICO Certified
  • Embrace technology and view it as a tool to supplement personal service
  • Great travel supplier knowledge (airlines, hotels, tour operators and car vendors)
  • Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment resulting in a high degree of accuracy
  • Superior communication and organizational skills
  • Bilingual French/English is an asset.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to incoming requests for group travel from customers
  • Provide appropriate flight, hotel and car recommendation options, pricing, itinerary information and required travel documentation
  • Reserve, ticket and manage all aspects of a client's group request including requested changes, schedule adjustments and cancellations
  • Utilize Sabre GDS and supplier websites
  • Provide support to clients utilizing Concur, Etta or Certify
  • Manage client and group profile data
  • Keep up-to-date on Travelpath and client preferred suppliers and products, news, weather and politics
  • Cultivate good relationship with clients, suppliers and the Travelpath team

Job Type: Full-time
