The Franchise Trainer & Store Launch Associate at New York Sliders plays a key role in bringing the brand's "Big City Energy" to every new location.This position ensures every franchise store is launched strong, trained right, and run tight — delivering the bold flavors, fast service, and vibrant atmosphere New York Sliders is known for. From hands-on crew training to on-site store openings, this role guarantees that every bite, every fry, and every guest experience reflects the authentic New York street-food spirit that defines the brand.Key ResponsibilitiesFranchise & Crew Training:Conduct hands-on training sessions, deliver operational and product training, instill the New York Sliders brand philosophy, and ensure consistency in quality and service.- Store Launch Execution:Coordinate pre-opening and launch operations, support soft and grand openings, oversee performance, and align marketing and branding efforts.- Operational Support:Conduct post-launch audits, provide refresher training, and support franchises with operational improvements.- Reporting & Documentation:Maintain detailed training records, post-launch evaluations, and recommend improvements to SOPs and training manuals.Qualifications & ExperienceDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.2–4 years of experience in F&B;, QSR, or casual dining — preferably with burger or fast-casualconcepts.Strong operational background with experience in team training and store openings.Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching abilities.Knowledge of food safety, kitchen operations, and service standards.Willingness to travel frequently for openings and franchise training.Key AttributesFast, focused, and driven — just like the city that inspired us.Strong leadership and motivational energy on the floor.Detail-oriented with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.Thrives in high-energy, fast-paced environments.Represents the New York Sliders vibe — bold, dynamic, and unapologetically flavorful.
