Their dynamic team excels in building strategies for executives and business owners. They currently service over 2000 households and close to 400m.

Griffith & Associates team is growing, and they are looking to hire an experienced Associate Financial Advisor. The Associate Financial Advisor will be responsible for managing an assigned block of clients within the current book as well as growing the book, and duties would include meeting preparation, regular review meetings, portfolio rebalances, portfolio recommendations and tax planning, financial plan projections, and client follows ups.

Job Summary:

  • The successful candidate will be self-driven, highly organized and detailed, will have excellent people skills, and thrive working in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • The successful candidate will have the CSC and CPH, ready for licensing with CIRO, and should have completed the LLQP, or be in the process of obtaining it.
  • Certified Financial Planners (CFP) or a Personal Financial Planner (PFP) designation. A strong understanding of the Microsoft platform is mandatory and be familiar with Salesforce.
  • The successful candidate should have at least 5 years of applicable experience in dealing with clients within the parameters listed above.
