About the Company

Client is seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer with strong experience in Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 to support the PartnerHub initiative and related applications.

About the Role

The successful candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of Power Platform solutions—leveraging Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven), Power Pages, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, and Azure SQL. In addition to hands-on development, this role will assess the current state of BC Housing's Power Platform and Dynamics 365 environments, provide recommendations to strengthen governance and development practices, and mentor junior developers and contractors.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Power Platform and Dynamics 365 to meet business and technical requirements.
  • Configure and enhance existing Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions, including Power Pages portals.
  • Integrate Power Platform components with external systems using APIs, Azure Functions, and Dataverse connectors.
  • Participate in solution design reviews, technical assessments, and code reviews to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
  • Lead and coach junior developers and assist in establishing consistent coding and deployment practices.
  • Assist with solution deployment, migration, and provisioning across environments (DEV, TEST, PROD).
  • Conduct technical assessments of BC Housing's Power Platform and Dynamics 365 practices and recommend improvements to architecture, ALM, and governance.
  • Collaborate with the Dev & Solutions team to strengthen platform governance, DevOps pipelines, and sustainment readiness.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, solution diagrams, and deployment guides.

Required Skills

Strong experience in Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Azure SQL and DevOps practices.
