Account Manager - Sales

As an account manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring that their needs are met while driving revenue growth through a combination of new client acquisition and account development. Your portfolio will consist of 80% new client prospecting and 20% existing accounts.

  • You'll need to be at the Mississauga terminal once a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales and revenue by promoting all logistics solutions offered by the company;
  • Prospect and acquire new customers through research, cold calling, and participation in industry events;
  • Manage the sales pipeline and track opportunities in the CRM until agreements are finalized;
  • Maintain and develop existing customer relationships through regular meetings and business reviews;
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by responding quickly to their needs and restoring trust when necessary;
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, pricing, customer service, etc.) to offer tailored solutions and deliver quality service.
  • Contribute to strategic sales planning and the continuous improvement of business processes and practices.
  • All other related tasks.

Required profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or relevant training/experience;
  • Minimum one year of commercial sales experience in the supply chain sector;
  • Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite);
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and project management software;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.

En tant que gestionnaire de comptes, vous serez le principal point de contact pour nos clients, garantissant que leurs besoins sont satisfaits tout en stimulant la croissance des revenus grâce à une combinaison d'acquisition de nouveaux clients et de développement de comptes. Votre portefeuille sera composé de 80% de prospection de nouveaux comptes clients et 20% de comptes existants.

  • Une présence au terminal de Mississauga est requis une fois par semaine.

Responsabilités:

  • Développer les ventes et les revenus en promouvant l'ensemble des solutions logistiques offertes par l'entreprise;
  • Prospecter et acquérir de nouveaux clients grâce à la recherche, la prospection à froid et la participation à des événements de l'industrie;
  • Gérer le pipeline de ventes et assurer le suivi des opportunités dans le CRM jusqu'à la conclusion des ententes;
  • Maintenir et développer les relations clients existantes par des rencontres régulières et des révisions d'affaires;
  • Assurer la satisfaction et la fidélisation des clients en répondant rapidement à leurs besoins et en rétablissant la confiance au besoin;
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes (opérations, tarification, service client, etc.) pour offrir des solutions adaptées et livrer un service de qualité;
  • Contribuer à la planification stratégique des ventes et à l'amélioration continue des processus et pratiques commerciales.

Profil recherché :

  • Baccalauréat en commerce, chaîne d'approvisionnement ou formation / expérience pertinente;
  • Minimum un an d'expérience en ventes commerciales dans le secteur de la chaîne d'approvisionnement;
  • Connaissance de l'informatique de niveau intermédiaire (Suite Microsoft Office);
  • Connaissance des outils CRM et des logiciels de gestion de projets;
  • Maîtrise de la langue anglaise écrite et parlée.
