About the Job: As a Support Worker at Support Services Group, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals in need. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the client with personal care, household chores, and meal preparation.
  • Offering companionship and emotional support to promote overall well-being.
  • Encouraging and assisting client to participate in community activities and develop social connections.
  • Collaborating with a dedicated team to develop and implement personalized care plans.

We are looking for an individual who not only meet our standard requirements but also have a unique set of skills tailored to our specific needs:

Requirements:

  • Experience in support roles (including personal care)
  • Cooking skills
  • Availability on Monday to Friday and Weekends
  • Able to do Night Shifts
