As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Branch Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead our Owen Sound office into its next chapter of impact and success.   Since its inception, the Owen Sound office has cultivated a strong local presence and a supportive, collaborative work culture. As Branch Manager, you will continue to foster and enhance this environment through inspiring leadership, operational oversight, and strategic growth. You will also help grow the current team and strengthen GEI's footprint in the Grey-Bruce region. Our Owen Sound office focuses on municipal infrastructure, transportation, land development, water resources, and environmental services.   About the Role:   As Branch Manager / Senior Project Manager, you will provide leadership, operational oversight, and project excellence for the Owen Sound team. You'll serve as a key representative of GEI in the region—cultivating client relationships, expanding service offerings, and guiding a team of multidisciplinary professionals. Lead and manage the daily operations of the Owen Sound branchCultivate a strong, collaborative team culture focused on quality and continuous improvementProvide senior project management and technical oversight on key initiativesMaintain and expand relationships with clients, community stakeholders, and industry partnersMentor and support the growth and development of team members at all career levelsCollaborate with other GEI offices to share knowledge, talent, and resourcesContribute to business development, proposal writing, and client engagement effortsChampion GEI's values of integrity, service, innovation, and inclusion What You Bring:Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related fieldProfessional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Ontario is preferred10+ years of progressive experience in engineering or environmental consulting with demonstrated leadership skillsDeep understanding of the consulting project lifecycle and a commitment to client service excellenceExperience leading cross-functional teams and building high-performance culturesStrong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsA collaborative, entrepreneurial mindsetA valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation Why Owen Sound?   Nestled on the shores of Georgian Bay, Owen Sound offers an unbeatable mix of natural beauty, small-town charm, and growing infrastructure needs.
