Key Account Collector Role

This 6-month contract position focuses on resolving outstanding accounts from existing customers, addressing billing issues, and reducing delinquencies.

You will be responsible for confirming the right party to facilitate credit recovery discussions, negotiating payment terms and methods, overcoming stalls and objections, and utilizing payment options to secure information for administrative services to process.

The successful candidate will manage administrative tasks to support daily collections operations, including maintaining shared queues, responding to internal requests, and ensuring timely processing of payments and account updates.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in consumer Collections is required. Advanced proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing French is also necessary. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiating and conflict management skills, critical thinking abilities, and a results-oriented approach.
