Location: Nitehawk Year-Round Adventure Park – Grovedale, AB

Nitehawk Adventure Park is seeking friendly, reliable Guest Services Team Members to support our busy winter operations. This role covers ticket sales, rentals, and chalet cashiering, including the Tube Zone and upper/lower chalet locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell lift tickets, Tube Zone tickets, and rentals efficiently and accurately
  • Greet guests with a positive, professional attitude and provide information on resort services
  • Handle cash, credit, and point-of-sale transactions with attention to detail
  • Assist with guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests to ensure a great experience
  • Support team operations across multiple locations as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service or cash handling experience an asset
  • Strong communication skills and friendly, guest-focused demeanor
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
