We are a modern family dental practice seeking a skilled, detail-oriented, and reliable Saturday Dental Receptionist to join our team.

This role involves:

  • Booking patient appointments, managing a productive schedule, and providing follow-ups
  • Maintaining accurate electronic records and claims submissions using dental software
  • Dealing with financial transactions such as billing and collecting payments
  • Submitting insurance claims
  • Communicating with patients, insurance companies, suppliers/other parties, and team members
  • Running the office smoothly and providing a great patient experience

Ideal candidate should possess:

  • Previous administrative experience in a dental office using dental software is an asset. (Tracker preferred)
  • Familiarity in dental procedures and dental terminology
  • Friendly, positive attitude but also able to be firm and calm when needed to de-escalate conflict
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Schedule:

Saturday (9:00am - 3:00pm) + additional 2 hours depending on emergency patients
