Are you anindependent IT Consultant, or do you wish to become one?  Are you looking to partner with an organization that presents you to consulting opportunities and supports you as a partner?  ​ We are looking for a Lead QA professionals with experience testing Dynamics Finance & Operations solutions. This is an exciting project in a collaborative team that offers you the opportunity to expand your experience. As a lead, you have been working as a Quality Assurance for at least 5 years with broad experience with Microsoft Cloud platform.  The successful candidate will be responsiblefor developing a QA strategy the client's new and existing applications, platformsand services. The QA Lead will collaborate with IT leadership, develop and leadthe QA practice, and guide the team to higher quality production releases byleveraging best practices from industry. ResponsibilitiesOwnership of all QA activities and deliverablesProvide guidance to team in terms of policy and procedureReport issues and propose resolutions to IT operations, application support and development teamsAssist Program/Project Managers with detailed project planning and work -effort estimates for QA phasesManage and coordinate the testing efforts with other internal groups, including business, BAs, Development, Configuration, Production Application Support, and external clientsProvide inputs in the analysis of business requirements, user interface design, test requirements, and risk analysisDefine, review and update project based test strategiesDevelop, review and maintain test plansDefine and maintain quality standards, policies and proceduresProvide status updates and report issues to project management and IT leadershipEnsure the project milestones for the testing phases are metSets realistic and achievable expectations for deliverablesExecute tasks by doing hands -on work as anindividual contributor when needed RequirementsTechnical QualificationsPost -secondary degree in IT or equivalent work experience5+ years of experience in Quality AssuranceExperience with the D365 F&O or AX solution (customer engagement, marketing, project operations)Good knowledge of hardware, systems software and utilities, network communications, databases, computer operationsExcellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skillsExcellent knowledge of testing methodologies (for functional/non -functional, integration, system, acceptance, performance, security, usability etc.)Good technical writing skills and experiencecreating test documentationExperience with automated testing (for APIs, services, SaaS platforms, UI testing, desktop applications) or frameworks (Selenium, Ignite, etc.)Deep knowledge of web testing (e.g. APIs, browser differences, JavaScript testing, etc.)​Knowledge of Azure DevOps platform (Test Plans,Pipelines, Boards, Repos)
