Sales Coordinator

Overview
We are seeking a motivated, organized, and ambitious sales coordinator who is looking to grow quickly into an outside sales position. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting company owners by organizing all activities around new leads. MSR is a small and growing exteriors contracting business, where you will work directly with the leadership team to grow your skills and the business.

Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in managing schedules
- Field customer inquiries ensuring timely follow-up
- Coordinate communication between sales representatives, clients, and the project manager.
- Maintain CRM data
Experience
- Previous experience in a sales support or coordination role is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience with roofing, siding, or construction is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- A strong desire to learn, quickly
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
