Overview

We are seeking a skilled Hydraulic cylinder Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hydraulic systems, mechanical knowledge. This role requires a hands-on approach to diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining hydraulic components such as pumps , cylinders, valves, gear boxes , winches, PTO's and other . The Hydraulic Technician will play a critical role in ensuring the operational efficiency and safety of our equipment.

Duties

  • Perform repairs and maintenance on hydraulic components, including pumps, valves, and cylinders.
  • Operate heavy equipment such as cranes to assist with repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and troubleshoot effectively.
  • Conduct regular inspections of hydraulic systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and inventory of parts.
  • Utilize welding skills when necessary for repairs or modifications.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing all tasks.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Hydraulic Technician or similar role.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work on complex systems.
  • Experience in heavy lifting
  • Ability to read schematics and technical manuals effectively.
  • Proficient in welding techniques for repair work.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00-$35.00 per hour
