Position Overview

We are currently seeking a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a part-time night shift associate. This role focuses on store operations, customer service, and inventory-related tasks during the overnight hours. Ideal for someone who enjoys working independently and takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate cash register and process customer transactions accurately
  • Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to ensure product availability
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels; assist with receiving and organizing deliveries
  • Conduct regular store walk-throughs to maintain cleanliness, security, and presentation
  • Assist customers with inquiries and product selection
  • Process lottery tickets, tobacco sales, and other convenience store services
  • Ensure nightly tasks (e.g., facing products, cleaning, trash removal) are completed
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for customers during late hours

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail or convenience store settings preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable personality
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative during quiet hours
  • Comfortable with light physical labor, including lifting up to 30 lbs
  • Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy, especially during overnight shifts
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tasks
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members

  • Experience with POS systems
  • Familiarity with convenience store products and inventory management
  • Previous night shift or independent work experience
  • Basic knowledge of security protocols for overnight retail settings
