Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing outstanding service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience with our company. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy with customers
- Team player and collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to long-term career growth and development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with customer service is a plus.
- The applicant must be a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident
