Graphics/Sales Assistant with Path to Sales Representative

We are a fast-paced, customer service–oriented company seeking a full-time Graphics/Sales Assistant to cover a maternity leave position, with the potential for a long-term career opportunity.
This role begins as a maternity leave coverage, focusing on graphics and sales support. Once the maternity leave concludes, there is an opportunity to transition into a Sales Representative role, specializing in building relationships with local carpet dealers and interior designers.
Key Responsibilities (initial role):
- Prepare digital layouts and quotes for custom-designed area rugs and logo'd entry mats
- Use digital drawing software and standard computer applications (Word, Excel, email, etc.)
- Provide excellent customer service, including phone support when reception is busy
- Collaborate productively with other team members
- Support general office tasks as needed
Future Opportunity (potential pivot):
- Develop and maintain relationships with local carpet dealers and interior designers
- Represent our products and services to new and existing clients
- Contribute to sales growth and business development initiatives
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
