Position Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Sales & Marketing Executive who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Client Relations:

  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized consultations and follow-ups
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through in-store and digital outreach
  • Maintain store presentation, inventory, and merchandising standards

Marketing & Branding:

  • Assist in planning and executing seasonal marketing campaigns
  • Create engaging content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and email marketing
  • Support photoshoots, in-store events, and promotions
  • Collaborate with the team to grow Urban Studio's presence both online and offline

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a passion for fashion and sales
  • Experience in retail or customer-facing roles (fashion industry preferred)
  • Familiar with social media platforms and digital marketing basics
  • Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment
