At Curaga Inc we are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to join our growing team. Our mission is to connect skilled healthcare professionals with individuals who need compassionate, reliable support in their homes and communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance to clients, ensuring comfort and dignity.
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Support clients with mobility, transfers, and light housekeeping tasks.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health and well-being.
- Build strong relationships with clients and their families.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a recognized PSW program or equivalent certification.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification.
- Experience in home care, long-term care, or hospital settings (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
