About us

Glassworks, Toronto's top-rated window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and painting service, is looking for motivated individuals to join our dynamic team for the remainder of the fall gutter cleaning season. We're currently in peak gutter season and need reliable team members to help us finish out the year strong.

Position:

Gutter Cleaning Technician / Window Cleaner

Location: Brampton, ON (we work all around the GTA)

Responsibilities

  • Perform gutter cleaning and window cleaning services to a high standard.
  • Safely use ladders to access rooflines and gutters.
  • Maintain a professional attitude and provide excellent customer service.
  • Occasionally assist with light door-to-door sales or marketing when needed.

Requirements

  • Comfortable and experienced with ladders (required).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Physically fit and able to lift ladders (50–80 lbs).
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Driver's Licence required.
