This role is ideal for a proactive, results-driven recruiter or agency partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll manage the full recruitment cycle—sourcing, interviewing, and placing both contract and full-time IT professionals. We're seeking someone with determination, grit, and a proven ability to go the extra mile to ensure successful placements.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding candidates.
- Source and engage passive candidates through multiple online platforms while maintaining a robust IT talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and deliver quality candidates.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Achieve hiring goals within tight timelines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Keep accurate recruitment reports and maintain candidate databases.
- Mandatory: Proven experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house).
- Experience placing both contract and full-time technical professionals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated success in a sales-driven or high-volume recruitment setting.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple roles efficiently.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
