  • Prioritized view of current processes and key pain points.
  • Phased modernization roadmap (crawl–walk–run) aligned to business value and technology feasibility.
  • Quantified business cases to secure funding and leadership commitment.
  • Alignment with the 2026 technology strategy, including identified Q1 execution pathways.
  • Tangible redesigns of 1–2 priority processes at C3–C4 detail to accelerate change

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the overall transformation workstream .
  • Drive strategic alignment across business and technology stakeholders.
  • Partner with senior executives to shape the transformation narrative, priorities, and roadmap.
  • Facilitate executive engagement sessions to validate vision, success metrics, and outcomes.
  • Identify and unblock dependencies or decision bottlenecks impacting progress
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
  • Ensure actionable recommendations and a clear transformation roadmap are delivered within 8 weeks.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading business transformation or process re-engineering initiatives in retail or loyalty domains
  • Deep expertise in enterprise architecture and implementation strategies
  • Strong functional and technical acumen, with a keen ability and enthusiasm for diving into details
  • Strategic thinking with ability to translate vision into actionable steps.
