About Us:

We're a cozy and inviting coffee shop offering great coffee, fresh sandwiches, and a friendly atmosphere. We're looking for motivated and passionate individuals to join our team as Baristas and Sandwich Artists.

Job Description:

As a Barista/Sandwich Artist, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages.

  • Making fresh sandwiches and other food items.

  • Prepping ingredients for both sandwiches and drinks.

  • Handling daily cleaning tasks, including doing the dishes.

  • Completing opening, mid-day, and closing duties.

  • Performing weekly cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep the café tidy and organized.

  • Providing excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests.

  • Maintaining a clean and sanitary work area.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous barista or food service experience is preferred but not required.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to detail in preparing food and drinks.

  • Willingness to learn and follow recipes and procedures.

  • Team player with a positive attitude.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
