We are looking to add an Administrative assistant that would be interested in learning physiotherapy assistant tasks as well to our growing team at our Windermere location. We are only looking for long term permanent employees.
Responsibilities of a Administrative Assistant would include:
answering phone calls
booking patients
taking payments
billing
Dealing with third party insurance companies
filing
sending and receiving patient reports
scanning documents
keeping a tidy front desk workplace area
** Please be advised that we do fall under the AHS mandate that all employees need to be double vaccinated **
Hours would be Monday-Friday 5:45am to 1:45pm shifts but a successful applicant will be flexible. Entry level wages start at $ /hr depending on position and experience with room for advancement.
