Role Description
This is a full time on-site role for an Intermediate Architectural Technologist, located in Mississauga, ON. The Architectural Technologist will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings, including technical, working, and construction drawings. The role includes coordinating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications and timelines are met. Daily tasks will also involve assisting with design development, adhering to building codes and regulations, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of project documentation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architectural Technology
- Skilled in Technical Drawing and Working Drawings
- Experience with preparing Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Minimum of an associate degree in Architectural Technology or a related field
- Experience in the construction or architectural industry is a plus
