Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and personable Aesthetician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare treatments, body waxing, relaxation massage, body wraps and scrubs, hand and foot care while delivering outstanding guest services. This role requires a professional with strong communication skills, a passion for beauty, and a commitment to sanitation and safety standards. The Aesthetician will also assist with retail sales, product demos, and upselling to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, ect
  • Provide expert nail care services such as manicures and pedicures
  • Deliver excellent guest services by creating a welcoming and relaxing environment
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas
  • Educate clients on skincare products through product demos and personalized recommendations
  • Assist with retail sales by upselling products and services to meet client needs
  • Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling, check-in/check-out procedures, and guest inquiries
  • Ensure proper documentation of treatments and client preferences in accordance with salon policies
  • Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge to provide innovative services

Experience

  • Previous experience as an aesthetician or in a similar beauty or skincare role is preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
  • Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards in a salon or spa environment
  • Experience with retail sales, upselling, and product demonstrations is advantageous
