Duties

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze customer issues to determine the best solutions and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry in our systems.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing multiple calls efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall customer service.

Skills

  • Proven experience in customer service roles with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with upselling techniques and sales strategies.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to perform data entry accurately while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
